Free end user support
Severa provides free online support and a community forum for users. Additional consulting and training services can be ordered. Online support
Daily backups
Data backups are taken on a daily basis to secure locations. Daily backups are stored for 30 days and monthly backups for 12 months.
Users can create their own backups in Excel format using Power reports to list accounts, contacts, cases, work hours and invoices.
Integration
Severa manages the whole business process from sales to project planning, time tracking and billing. Users can export work hours for payroll, invoices for accounting and many other reports directly from the user interface.
The system is automatically integrated with Google Maps, Google Search, LinkedIn and Facebook. Users can import existing contact data, and upcoming add-ons will offer even more automated integration.

Multi-language support
The user interface is currently available in English, Finnish, German, Swedish and Dutch.
Invoices can be created in 11 languages, including English, Finnish, German, Swedish, Dutch, Danish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and Russian.
Multi-currency support
Using the Multi-currency add-on, invoices can be created in 161 currencies and users can specify the currency for accounts, cases and invoices. Our multi-currency architecture is the same as used in Microsoft CRM.
